Our Secured Escalating Release Plan

The Bridgewater Secured Escalating Release Plan allows you to release a cash lump sum now, together with an agreed guaranteed annually escalating payment made over a given number of years.

Please note that the Secured Escalating Release Plan is not available in Scotland.

As with all of our plans;

• The cash amount offered is dependent on your age(s), gender(s), percentage of your property you want to sell and the current value of your property

• The plan enables you to sell a proportion of your property (at least 25% of the value of the property or £25,000, which ever is lower), followed by a series of annual payments which escalate each year over an agreed period of time.

• You have complete security of tenure to remain in your home for the rest of your life, rent free

• If your circumstances change in the future and you want to move to a suitable alternative property, the plan is transferable.
