Secured Escalating Release Plan

Our Secured Escalating Release Plan allows your clients to release a cash lump sum now, together with agreeing guaranteed annual increasing payments over a given number of years (maximum 15).

With this plan:

• The cash amount offered is dependent on your client's age(s) and gender(s), percentage of the property they want to release and the current value of their property
• It can also be used to help your client purchase a new home
• It offers complete security of tenure for your clients to remain in their home for the rest of their life, rent free
• If your client's circumstances change in the future and they want to move to a suitable alternative property, the plan is transferable
• Please note that the Secured Escalating Release Plan is not available in Scotland.
