Peter Couch – COO Grainger plc and MD of Bridgewater Equity Release
Peter has 27 years experience in both the financial services and property sectors. As well as being Grainger plc's Chief Operating Officer, Peter is Managing Director of Bridgewater Equity Release and a director of the equity release trade body SHIP.
Paul Barber – Director, Bridgewater Equity Release
Paul has over 20 years actuarial experience in the financial services industry. He joined Bridgewater in February 2007 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
As the Director of Bridgewater, Paul oversees the day to day running of the company and is responsible for the development of new products and pricing.
