Your solicitor will scrutinise the Lease, Terms and Conditions, Offer and any other associated documentation. For properties in Scotland, your solicitor will check the Co-Ownership agreement, Plan Agreement and all other associated documentation. Under the rules of SHIP, your solicitor must be completely independent of Bridgewater Equity Release Limited and its parent company Grainger plc.

For your protection, completion cannot take place until your solicitor has signed a Solicitor’s Certificate confirming that they have discussed with you the full details of the Plan.
