Producing KFIs

  • All illustrations, apart from further release KFIs, must be produced via EQUiP.
  • KFIs can be printed, e-mailed and saved.
  • There are no restrictions on the number of KFIs you can produce for a client.
  • Client details are saved so you can produce further KFIs without re-entering lots of data.
  • On application, KFIs not progressed to application are archived and the records kept for 12 months.

Applications

Once you and your client(s) have agreed which KFI best suits their needs you can proceed it to application. The data input for the KFI is automatically transferred into an application form ready to print off and complete.

Once completed and signed by you and your client(s), you should then send it to Bridgewater Equity Release Ltd, Citygate, St James' Boulevard, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4JE.
